AVCWare 2D to 3D Converter is actually three tools in one. The 2D to 3D video converter transforms your standard 2D video files into various types of three-dimensional videos that you can play on your 3D TV or portable devices. The 3D to 3D converter adapts your 3D videos to your 2D TV by creating anaglyph images that you can enjoy with the help of a pair of red/cyan glasses. Finally, you can also “downgrade” your 3D videos to 2D files that any video player can play.

The 2D to 3D conversion utility covers all current 3D output formats available – side-by-side, top-and-bottom, and frame packing. Side-by-side and top-and-bottom options are also offered in their corresponding half-width and half-height flavors. You can customize both the display and the frame resolution, swap left and right images, and select the level of depth of the three-dimensional image. The input video files supported cover a wide range of SD and HD formats, such as AVI, MPEG, AVCHD (both MTS and M2TS), MPEG-2 HD, etc.
